I do not use clips for my lymphadenectomy just diathemy of all lymphathic channels. I have not experienced any collection of lymphatics. I was at the AAGL in Washington in Nov 2007 and I learned that using harmonics to seal lymphatics causes minimal lymph leak. I have started using harmonics for my lymph node dissection now. Selva
